Live Orthodox is run by a team of Christians. Our aim is a community that works for everyone. Not just people who already agree with us.
We support every religion. We do not attack anyone's beliefs on this site. Live Orthodox exists to help us understand Christianity, and Christology specifically, in greater depth. It was never intended to diminish other traditions.
Apologetics, Metaphysics, Philosophy, Christology, and Religion. That is the full list. We do not discuss politics here. We stay away from topics that become controversial for their own sake. If a subject falls outside those five areas, it will likely not appear on this site.
We are looking for members, from the Church and from other beliefs, to help run the Discord server, write articles, and work on the site itself. This is volunteer work. Nobody is paid for it. If you wish to apply for Moderator or Writer, please do. We would genuinely like to hear from you.
I founded this site. I am an Eastern Orthodox Christian, and my goal is a space that feels safe and equal for everyone who visits. Reach out by email or on Discord. I want to hear your arguments, your questions, and your answers to what has already been written.
One thing I want to make clear. I am not forcing religion on anyone here. I am not trying to pressure you into joining Christianity. Come as you are.
